Tatum Mansion Rooms & Rates


Tatum Mansion offers 22 luxurious rooms in 3 different categories. All rooms were recently refurbished to make a more homely feel and are always clean to a high standard with daily maid service. The rooms either have king, queen or twin beds and all feature and include services listed
on the right:


Standard Rooms
Standard rooms are with queen beds only and are very quiet. The rooms are either windowless or have no view.


Superior Rooms
Superior rooms are our most popular category and come with either a queen bed or twin beds. Connecting rooms are available and on request.


Deluxe Rooms
Deluxe rooms are either with a king, queen or twin beds. Most deluxe rooms face towards the Andaman Sea and a few have balconies. Some deluxe rooms can accommodate a 3rd person with an extra bed and also 2 are connecting.
Triple rooms with extra bed, connecting rooms or rooms with balconies are always on request, however we will confirm back to you immediately.

Terms & Conditions :
-Rates are net per room per night
-Rates are for single or double occupancy
-Rates are for room only
-Rates are inclusive of local and federal tax (VAT)
-Triple supplement/extra bed (deluxe rooms only) – 300baht per night
-All confirmed bookings must be guaranteed with a Visa or MasterCard credit card

Cancellation Policy :
- Bookings cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged a 1 night cancellation fee for
low and high season only
- No shows will be charged at 50% of the entire stay or 1 night whichever is greater during
the low and high season
- Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival during the peak season (15 Dec – 31 Jan
inclusive) will be charged a 3 night cancellation fee or 50% of the entire stay, whichever
is greater
- No shows during the peak season (15 Dec – 31 Jan inclusive) will be charged the full stay
amount
